What we do?
Corporate & Commercial
We support clients that need legal advice as they make their journeys between Australia and Asia. We provide acculturalisation support for these companies, as they establish a presence beyond their home jurisdictions. Our support includes business organisation and structuring advice and other business activation considerations such as shareholder agreements, intellectual property and employment law matters.

FinTech, LegalTech & Others
Our primary focus in this practice area is on financial or legal technology companies and other technology start-ups servicing regulated sectors in Australia or Singapore. We can help with the review of infrastructure / hardware sale or lease agreements and software or data licensing arrangements. We also support companies with data protection compliance and other consumer or customer requirements. We can also advice on technology risk management, business continuity and outsourcing requirements.
Coverage Counsel Services
These services are a derivative of our primary practice areas, and it is something we provide to our clients as a value add. Traditional practice arrangements do not work for all matters and some clients prefer to have our legal practitioners placed with them on a temporary basis to help support projects or other initiatives that may arise from time to time. We structure our coverage counsel services flexibly depending on the needs of our clients.
Private Client Support
The focus of our practice is on LGBT+ clients and clients from other minority or migrant communities in Australia. We can address their unique problems or vulnerabilities on the personal front. We also support their commercial activities.
Offshore Work
For offshore work, we may have to work with our allied law firms in Asia. We have delivered projects for our clients in different parts of Southeast Asia, China and India. In delivering some of these projects, we have also relied on Hong Kong, Singapore, English and New York law, including dispute resolution mechanisms in these jurisdictions.
